• All Servers are in USA.
• After payment for hosted within 3 working days the server will be delivered to customer.
• The clients should pay his monthly hosted bill 3 days before of his monthly cycle. Meaning
before 3 days of ending server monthly cycle provider should get money in their hand.
• If clients want to leave server they should be notified at least 7 days before, otherwise it will
count next billing cycle.
• Client will get Basic Support by Ticket Support, 24/7 technical support,E-mail support and Support from MSN. ( For
sell and Hosted both )
• Client will get Basic Training Remotely by MSN. (For training Clients Should
make schedule after he start the Hosted or buy). No Training will be provided Before Buy Any product from us.
